Colour and design has always played a very big part in my life. I have always used colours, shapes and design work to express myself in a unique manner. This encouraged me to discover my own style and personality with influences from different cultures, people and events.

During my course of study I began specialise in combining clashing themes. This encouraged me to experiment with shape, style, hold and fabric alongside colour and design. A number of my projects have involved combinations of cultures, themes and subjects including Bollywood and Sportswear. As well as this, architecture has also been a large inspiration for my designs, particularly the work of Gaudi, which inspired my passion for shape and intricacy.

Through my designs I hope to provide different women with a sense of confidence and positivity through garments and fabrics that are skilfully selected, thus enhancing and reflecting their inner beauty. Through this I aim to succeed in designing ageless fashion, with designs that oppose the rules of time and can be appreciated through generations.
My aim is to be able to house and educate children that do not have such luxuries and also provide a community for the aged so they can enjoy their prime years amongst individuals from a variety of different backgrounds.

I have always had a love of all things creative from art to garments and I can’t remember a time when I haven’t been fascinated by beautiful fabrics and embellishments. These passions naturally led me to study textiles and fashion design at university. I have always been intrigued and inspired by things that are different and almost magical.

As a designer I like to create designs that are very detailed and intricate. I enjoy pushing the boundaries of fashion yet take pleasure in creating aesthetically beautiful pieces. I enjoy designing and making luxury evening wear, often with a tailored influence.

I have great love of historic buildings and architecture is an area that I always feel fascinated by. I am often intrigued and inspired by rich, detailed sculptural aspects. I love things which are very decorative, old and treasured. Often using these ideas I will translate these influences into garments shapes, choice of materials, fabric manipulation and detailed finishes.

I like to consider myself as a very ambitious person, my dream would be to have my own fashion label specializing in luxury women’s evening and bridal wear. I am very interested in helping others and I wish to support charitable causes through my success.

As a textile designer I am constantly seeking new delights to inspire me.
Normally I'm drawn to travel for inspiration, I love going on a journey and transforming part of a story into a print. I constantly have a want to capture all my sights, gather them together and bring them home like some Turkish delight. I love how colour can change your day, it is personal to me. It is a tool. You can use it as a weapon to disguise or destroy how you feel.

My scarf collection promotes the environment around us and with my designs holding no straight lines it adds a flowing ethereal quality to my prints. They are about noticing the beauty of nature around us and all the irregularities it holds.

I was attracted to Be Inspired because of the mixture of multi-cultural influences and the branding of sophistication, style and luxury. Designing and creativity is at the centre of my inner self and I wish to keep on this way for a long time.
