Be Inspired - Our Terms of Business:
GENERAL
All orders accepted by Be Inspired are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
PRICES
All prices on the website are subject to change without notice due to possible fluctuations in material or supplier costs. If this does occur, the prices of any orders already placed will be honoured.
PAYMENT
We take all major credit or debit cards. This transaction will be processed by PayPal, but you don’t need an account with them to buy from us. They are a card processor only.
Full payment must be made prior to dispatch of goods.VAT
All prices include VAT at the current rate
POSTAGE
Postage is chargeable on top of your final order. The rates are as follows:
• Mainland UK: £2.95 standard delivery (up to 3 days) or £6.95 for next day delivery once dispatched.
• Europe: £7.50
• Worldwide: £9.50
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made by the Royal Mail standard service to all UK destinations, or Royal Mail special delivery to European or Worldwide locations. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders in two working days, except for weekends, bank or statutory holidays. Delivery by Royal Mail can be anything from 1 day to several days depending on the destination.
RETURNS POLICY
Your garment or accessory is made to the highest standard, and is individually inspected prior to dispatch.
However, if you find your goods are faulty or damaged, please return the items to us in their original packaging within 10 days of arrival of the goods.
We will inspect the item/s and will offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion within 28 days of arrival back ot our office.
We will not however replace items where there is evidence that care instructions have not been followed, or due to normal wear and tear.
Shipping And Delivery
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All postage or delivery charges include insurance and packaging.
Countries We Ship To
For deliveries within mainland UK orders will be sent using royal mail special delivery Next Day® (signed for). Overseas orders including the EU and the rest of the world will be shipped using royal mail Airmail.
Packaging
Each BE INSPIRED scarf is packaged in tissue and then in our signature black padded envelope
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Failed delivery
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details as we will not be liable if the address you have given is incorrect.
Ownership
You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods.
USE OF PRIVATE DATA
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that we fully comply at all times with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
General Policy
We collect data from you for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This includes your name, address (for both billing and delivery) and email address. It is important that your email address is valid in order to receive confirmation of your order. This information is passed to the payment processor (PayPal) in order for them to debit your card. We don’t store this data beyond your transaction except for your email address.
Cookies
Our website uses session cookies during the time of your visit or placing of an order. Once your visit is over, the cookies will be automatically discarded.

Should you give us your email address for either your order or for any other reason, we may use it to keep you up to date will our news and promotions. You can opt out and any time by clicking the appropriate link in the marketing communication you receive from us. We will never sell or give your information to anyone outside Be Inspired.
